Yeah but it still sounds like you must have drank a lot of milk or ate some stuff that made you really strong!

It was a low window. And I was lucky that I still had enough sense to choose it rather than the higher ones.

Still! Low or not, it's still pretty cool! I'm probably going to write a story about that because it looked like you were a secret agent or a spy!

Uh....kind of? I remember Phoenix-san saying something about that when I went to his law class! It was kind of interesting...but kind of boring too!

[Perhaps Wright needs to further hone his teaching skills, if Takeru finds his lessons boring.]

I see. What did you learn from his class? [He's curious as to how Phoenix fared as a teacher.]

Uh...something about how the person in trial has a right to a lawyer and they need to be proven guilty? And that they need to be careful on what they say because they can use it against them?

I don't know, I kind of fell asleep halfway through. [Which was kind of mean of him wasn't it?]

[That talk with Wright is sorely needed.]

The prosecutor is the one whose job it is to prove the guilt of the one accused of a crime. And the defense attorney is the lawyer who must fight for his or her client's innocence.

So the prosecutor and the defense attorney need to prove if the person is guilty or not right?

I think I remember him saying that too! And that the jury needs to make the final decision from what they hear too I think!

That's right. Some countries do not make use of a jury, and in those cases, it is the judge who renders the final decision.

Well I guess that seems fair.

But it sounds like the judge has a lot of pressure on him! And to make the final decision! I don't think I can handle a job like that! Or being a lawyer too!

You learn through studying and experience. It is a difficult job, but not impossible.

As is, of course, being a lawyer.
